2 # LEAN GROUND BEEF
½ TSP GARLIC POWDER
½ TSP SALT
¼ CUP WATER
1 TBSP MUSTARD SEED
1 TBSP LIQUID SMOKE

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well with hands. Form into a roll and wrap in foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and punch hole in foil with fork. Bake at 250º in conventional oven for 1½ hours. Cool and refrigerate or cut into pieces and freeze.
