2 cans boneless, skinless salmon (in water)
1/4 c. light mayonnaise (about)
1 c..chopped scallions (green onions)
1 can sliced water chestnuts -drained and rinsed well. Diced fine

1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Trader Joe's '21 Salute' spice mixture -optional
s/p to taste

Directions:

Add all ingredients except mayonnaise to bowl. Mix well

Add mayonnaise to amount of moistness desired. Mix well

Refrigerate. Tastes best if made at least 2 hours before serving.
