1 lb. hamburg
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground veal
6 eggs
3 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parsley (dry)
1 Tbls. Basil (dry)
Garlic salt
Salt & pepper
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix ground meats, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley and basil. Add salt, pepper and cheese to liking. Roll into 2" balls. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes. Add to spaghetti sauce and serve with pasta of choice.

Personal Notes:
If you eliminate the pork and veal and use only 1 lb. hamburg, reduce the eggs to 2 and bread crumbs to 1 cup.
