2 pints cream
1 stick of butter
8 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. grated Gruyere cheese
garlic to taste
2 lbs. seafood (shrimp, scallops, lobster, crab, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat. Stir in cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add garlic and whisk in cheese a little at a time.
Cook choice of seafood and add to Alfredo sauce. Serve over pasta.
