1pack of Beef Stew( cut into 1 inch cubes) Costco size will make 2 or 3 stews.
2 tbs Olive oil
3 potatoes cut into 1/2” cubes.
3 or 4 carrots cut in 1/4” rounds
3 stalks of celery chopped
1 onion diced
About 10 cups water( can use some beef stock)
2 packs of beef bouillon if not using beef stock
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
2 Bay leaves
3 tsp salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tsp oregano or Rosemary

Thicken with a mixture of cornstarch (or flour) and water.

Dumplings:
2 cups of Bisquick 1/2 cup water or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sear beef in oil in a large pot.
Add water and all other ingredients to pot, bring to a boil and then simmer for a few hours. At this time thicken with cornstarch mixture.

20 mins before serving drop spoonfuls of the dumpling mixture, 10 mins with cover on,then 10 mins uncovered.
