1 lb ground beef
2 medium onions chopped (about 1 cup)
1 c chopped green pepper
1 can (1 lb, 12 oz) tomatoes
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne red pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1 can (15 1/2 oz) kidney beans drained

Directions:

Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except kidney beans. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, (or cook uncovered about 45 min). Stir in beans and heat.
