1 quart - 2"-3" cucumbers
1 stalk dill weed
1 tbsp. salt
1 c white vinegar
1 garlic clove (optional)
water

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub cucumbers thoroughly in cold water. Place one piece of dill weed in bottom of jar. Place cucumbers on end in jar. Place one piece of dill weed on top of cucumbers. Add tbsp salt and one cup of white vinegar. Add water to top of jar. Shake to dissolve salt. For garlic dills slice garlic and add to top and bottom or jar. Ready in 3 weeks.
