1 lb ground beef
1/4 c dry bread crumbs
1/4 c minced onion
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp salt
1 (10 oz) can of cream of mushroom, cream of celery, or cheddar cheese condensed soup
1/2 c water
2 tbsp. parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and shape into 16 meatballs.. Brown in fry pan and pour off drippings. Stir in soup, water and parsley and cover. Cook over low heat for 20 min. Stir often.
