1 can (12 oz) luncheon meat
1 medium onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c milk
2 c (about 4) cubed cooked potatoes
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut luncheon meat into strips. Slice onion thinly. Lightly brown meat and onion in butter until onion is tender. Blend in soup and milk. Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat ten min or until flavors are blended. Stir often.
