1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 c dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
2 c mashed potatoes
2 hard-cooked eggs chopped
1/3 c salad dressing
1/3 c grated cheese
1/4 c finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
salt and pepper

1 c salad dressing
1/3 c milk
2 tbsp. green onion slices

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, bread crumbs, egg and salt and mix well. Pat meat mixture into a 14X8 inch rectangle on foil or wax paper. Combine potatoes, eggs, salad dressing, cheese, celery and onions. Mix slightly and season to taste. Spread potato mixture over meat. Roll up like a jellyroll. Chill several hours. Slice meat roll and bake on broiler rack at 350ºF for 25-30 min. Than combine salad dressing, milk and sliced green onions in a saucepan and heat slowly. Serve over meat roll slices.
