1 can whole tomatoes
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3/4 tsp salt
2 c grated cheddar cheese
2 c uncooked macaroni
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain macaroni. Combine flour and butter in a saucepan. Pour the tomato juice into a cup and add milk to make 2 cups. Add to the flour mixture and simmer until smooth. Add cheese, salt, pepper and mustard. Combine with macaroni and the whole tomatoes in a casserole. Bake at 400ºF for 30 min.
