12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c shredded Swiss cheese
⅓ cup shopped onion
2 c milk
1 c Bisquick
4 eggs
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400º. Lightly grease pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (15 minutes on high speed blender, or 1 minute with electric mixer). Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted half way between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
