1/3 C Soy Sauce
1/3 C Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Orange Juice
1 Tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Tsp Chili garlic Sauce (Sriracha)
3 Cloves minced Garlic
1/4 Tsp Curry Powder
4 to 6 Chicken Thighs (Skinless-Boneless)

1. Mix Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Lime Juice, Orange Juice, Sweet Chili Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce (Sriracha) Garlic, and Curry powder in large zip lock bag. Seal and knead bag to mix ingredients and dissolve sugar. Place Thighs into bag with marinade release air from bag. Refrigerate for
4 to 6 hours or overnight.

2. Preheat outdoor grill medium-low heat, oil grill with Canola oil.

3. Remove Chicken from bag. Pour off excess marinade into sauce pan and BRING TO A BOIL TO STERILIZE the marinade. Boil for about 1 minute.

4. Grill Chicken Thighs until no longer pink in the middle and show grill marks. about 25 minutes, bast generously with sterilized marinade as they grill.
