3 oz. Cream Cheese
2 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
Wilton Gel Food Coloring
1/4 tsp Wilton Flavoring (Wintergreen or Almond)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash cream cheese with a fork add in food coloring. Make slightly darker as powder sugar will lighten the color. Then add flavoring to taste into the mixture. Mix powder sugar and knead with hands like pie dough. Roll in ball size of a large marble. Dip in granulated sugar. Press sugar side into the mold. Unmold at once onto wax paper. Refrigerate and they maybe frozen.

Mint mixture is a medium firm as they will harden after placing in refrigerator.
