3 or More Oranges, Diced
½ C Sugar

For Cream
3 C Milk
2½ Tbsp Flour
½ C Sugar
2 Egg Yolks

(Use egg whites for meringue on top)

Directions:
Directions:
Put 3 or more oranges, dice in a shallow dish. Cover with ½ cup of sugar, let stand. Put the milk in a pan with the flour, sugar, and egg yolks. When thick pour over oranges and cover with stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake until brown.
