1 lb Frozen Bread Dough
2 Tbsp Melted Butter Or 1 Egg + 2 Tbsp Water

Optional Toppings:
Dill, Parmesan Cheese, Grated Cheese, Onion Flakes, Poppy Seeds, Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Thaw loaf overnight in refrigerator or place in greased dish - cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on low for 6 - 8 minutes. Turn off for 3 minutes and repeat if necessary until rolls are pliable. Cut loaf into 12 pieces. Roll into balls and arrange on a greased cake pan or pie plate. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with dill, parmesan cheese, grated cheese, or onion flakes.

Use egg wash when topping with poppy or sesame seeds.

Let rise in warm place until tripled. Bake at 375º (325º convection) 25 - 30 minutes.
