1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
4c. whole nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250. Lightly beat egg white, add water, and beat until frothy but not stiff. Add the nuts and stir until well coated. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture over nuts and toss to coat. Spread evenly on prepared pans. Bake for 1 hr stirring occasionally until golden. Allow to cool, than store in airtight containers.
