1- 3.5 oz package of instant butterscotch pudding (dry)
1- 8 oz container of Cool Whip
1- 8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup mini marshmallows
3 cups chopped apples with skins on
1 cup dry roasted peanuts

Directions:

Mix pudding and Cool Whip with pineapple and juice. Stir in rest of the ingredients and refrigerate.

This recipe is easily made larger by adding more apples and a larger carton of Cool Whip. I like to use both red and green skinned apples for a more pleasing appearance. It's great for an autumn get-together or Pot Luck Dinner.
