1- 8 oz envelope of white sauce or make your own
2½ cups skim milk
10 oz frozen broccoli
⅛ tsp pepper
salt to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup Parmesan cheese
1- 32 oz jar of prepared spaghetti sauce
9 uncooked lasagna noodles
2 tsp parsley

Prepare white sauce with skim milk. Stir in broccoli and salt and pepper. Toss together mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Spread ⅓ spaghetti sauce in bottom on pan and cover with 3 noodles. Add 1 cup of the broccoli/white sauce mixture and top with ¾ cup of the cheese mixture. Repeat layer 2 more times. On top sprinkle the parsley.

Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350º
