1 c flour
1 stick margarine
1 C nuts
8 oz cream cheese
1 C powdered sugar
1 large Cool Whip - divided
2 pkgs instant chocolate pudding mix
3 C milk
Directions:
Directions:
Makes 4 layers in 13 x 9 inch pan.

1st: mix flour, margarine and nuts until crumbly and press into pan. Bake 350º for 15 minutes.
2nd: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 large Cool Whip well. Spread over cooled crust.
3rd: 2 pkgs instant chocolate pudding mixed with milk. Spread over 2nd layer.
4th: Spread remaining Cool Whip over chocolate layer - can top with few chopped nuts.
