2 cans clams
8oz cream cheese
Handful of chopped parsley
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp clam juice
1/2 tsp celery salt
Zest and juice from 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Purée the clams, cream cheese, parsley, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, onion, celery salt and clam juice.
Purée until smooth.
Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Chill.
Serve with crackers or chips.
