1 #2 can Crushed pineapple - drained
1 lb. can cherry pie filling
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 C chopped pecans or walnuts
2 sticks butter or margarine
Directions:
Directions:
In a one piece tube pan, which has been greased and floured, place pineapple, cherry filling, cake mix (directly from box). Top with nuts and dot with butter. Bake for one hour in a 350º oven. Serve hot or cold by just scooping out and dumping on a plate.
Note: Do not stir or mix in any way. This is a dump technique.
Note II: I turn oven up to 400º or 425º and bake 10-15 minutes more to let top become a little brown.
