16 oz. frozen hashbrowns
1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk or cream
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer defrosted hashbrowns in greased 7x11 casserole dish. Layer the browned sausage over the hashbrowns. Sprinkle cheese over the sausage. Mix together the eggs with seasonings and milk and pour over the hashbrowns and sausage. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
