4-5 large apples – peeled, cored, and sliced
1 T sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 C flour
1 C sugar
1 egg
½ C walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and core 4-5 large apples and slice into a pie plate (3/4 full). Sprinkle w/1 T sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon. In separate bowl, mix a stick of melted butter, 1 C flour, 1 C sugar, 1 egg, ½ C walnuts (optional) and pour over apples.
Bake at 350
