Pre-heat oven 250º

1 lb. stew beef
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper stew beef, slice onion over stew beef. Add mushroom soup. Cover and bake 5 hours at 250º. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
