8 cups of Chex Chocolate Cereal or any flavour- you can also use Shreddies
6 tbsp butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup corn syrup
¼ tsp baking soda
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup mini peanut butter cups
½ cup caramels- unwrapped
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp whipping cream

Measure out the Chex into a microwave safe large bowl and set aside.
In a smaller microwave safe bowl, place butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Microwave for 1 minute, stir and microwave for another minute.
Stir in the baking soda until dissolved. Pour mixture over the cereal.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute to fully coat the cereal.
Spread onto a lined cookie sheet to cool for 10 minutes.Sprinkle marshmallows and peanut butter cups over cereal.
In a small microwave safe bowl, melt caramel bits with whipping cream in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir until smooth, drizzle over the cereal mixture.
In a separate bowl microwave chocolate chips for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
Drizzle over the cereal mixture.
In a separate bowl microwave white chocolate chips for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
Drizzle over the cereal mixture.
Allow this mixture to cool, break into pieces. Store in a large zip-lock bag if it lasts that long.
