1 pound ground beef
1 large onion
1 bell pepper
6 cloves garlic
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
4 or 5 cups cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon or more chili powder
A few shakes of dried red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large pan, cook beef, bell pepper, onion, and garlic until veggies are soft

2. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce

3. Add rice, salt, pepper, chili powder and red pepper flakes

4. Cook on low heat until thoroughly heated
