¼ CUP OIL
½ CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
1 TO 2 TBSP SUGAR
½ TSP SALT
DASH PEPPER
1 CUCUMBER, THINLY SLICED
1 SMALL ONION, THINLY SLICE

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers into shallow bowl. Sprinkle with salt, cover with cold water and let stand 20 minutes. Drain and rinse. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
