Directions:
In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in 1/4 C. sugar, salt, 2 T. margarine, egg, and 2 cups flour.
Beat until smooth - with spoon. Work in enough flour until dough is easy to handle. Place greased side up in greased bowl. Can leave overnight. Or put bowl in lightly warm water until doubled in size. Punch down.

Combine melted margarine, brown sugar, corn syrup and pecans, pour into greased oblong pan (13 x 9 inch). Set aside.

Combine 1/2 C. sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

Roll dough into 12 x 9 oblong on floured surface. Spread with softened margarine.and sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Roll up tightly. Begin with wide side, seal edge well.
Cut into 1 in. slices and place on prepared pan. Cover, let set until doubled. Heat oven to 375º. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Turn pan half-way through. Thump rolls, if hollow sounding, they are done.

NOTE: 375º was too hot for my oven - 350º was better.
