Ingredients: Cookies 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 3 1/2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking Soda 1 teaspoon vanilla
Frosting 1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 tablespoons softened butter 1 pound bag powered sugar

Directions: |
Directions:Cookies: Throw all ingredients (except 1 cup flour) in mixing bowl together.
Add remaining flour if needed. Roll out on floured surface about 1/8 inch thick.
Bake at 350º for 9-10 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE! If the first batch is too crispy: roll thicker. If the first batch is too doughy: roll thinner.
Frosting: Throw all ingredients together in bowl and mix. (Save powdered sugar for last...may need less than recipe calls for.) MAKES TWO COOKIE BATCHES WORTH OF FROSTING. |
