1½ pound ground beef
½ of a large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro
4 ounces of Sofrito (Goya)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons green olives
2 tablespoons olive brine
3 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger and season with salt and pepper.
2. Add onion, garlic, tomato, and cilatnro and stir for 1 minute
3. Add olives brine, cumin, bay leaves, and bay leaves.
4. Add sofrito and water, mix well
5. Cover & cook at high pressure for 15 minutes.
6. Allow pressure to naturally release.
