1¼ Pounds Ground beef (90%)
1¼ Pounds Ground pork
½ Pound Ground lamb
1 Egg white
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
4 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Teaspoons Sea salt
2 Teaspoons Black pepper
1½ Teaspoons Paprika
½ Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and the bowl of a stand mixer and mix for 1 minute. Form the sausage into links. These sausages do not have a casing. Make sure to cook all the way through before serving. They are best with a little char on the outside.
