For Cake

1¼ Stick Oleo
1½ C Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 C Sour Cream or 1 C Buttermilk with 1 tsp Baking Soda
2½ C Flour
½ tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1½ C Rhubarb, Chopped
½ C Nuts

For Topping

½ C Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo and sugar. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Stir in flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Mix topping ingredients together. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. See notes.

This handwritten recipe did not state what size pan to use. I located a similar (not the same) recipe online. It advised to place the cake mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Top with the mixed topping ingredients. Bake as directed above. Submitted by Richard T Warnecke, Sharon's son.
