2 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1½ tsp Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Salt
2 C Sugar
1½ C Oil
4 Eggs
2 C Diced Jonathan Apples
1 C English Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs, beating after each addition. Stir in sifted ingredients, apples, and nuts. Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool and serve. Cake may be iced with a cream cheese frosting or a just glaze.
