1½ C Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp Ground Cloves
¼ tsp Salt
1¼ C Packed Brown Sugar
¾ C Oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1½ C Shredded Zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a bowl and set aside. In a large bowl beat together sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, and zucchini until sugar dissolves. Stir in flour mixture just until well blended. Turn into greased and floured 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake in preheated 350º oven 45 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out on rack and cool completely. Serve with whipped cream.
