¾ C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
⅓ C Chopped Nuts
½ C Softened Butter
1 C Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg
¼ C Cocoa
1 tsp Vanilla
1 ½ C Quick Cook Oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, soda, and chopped nuts. Set aside. With mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, cocoa, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add oatmeal and flour mixture. Mix until well blended. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. If desired, press a whole almond onto each cookie. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
