1 pack chicken breasts
3 medium potatoes
1/2 to 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
3 packages velveeta cheese sauce
1-2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can Rotel
1 package ranch seasoning


Directions:
Directions:
Oven -350º
Sprinkle chicken with ranch seasoning and grill. Dice potatoes. Mix all ingredients except shredded cheese. Spray 9x13 baking dish and add the chicken/ potato mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are soft and heated through.
