⅓ C Veg Oil
1 ½ C Mashed Ripe Bananas (3 Large)
3 Eggs
2 ⅓ C Bisquick
1 C Sugar
½ C Chopped Nuts
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom of 9x5x3 loaf pan. Stir all ingredients with a fork until moistened. Beat vigorously for one minute. Bake at 350º until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Run knife around sides of loaf to loosen after bread has cooled about 5 minutes, remove from pan.
