2 Eggs
1 1/2 C Sugar
3 Tbsp Flour
Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp Melted Butter
Pinch of Nutmeg
3 C Rhubarb

Crumb Topping Ingredients

1/2 C Flour
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C Butter

Directions:
Directions:
For Pie: Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients (except rhubarb). Beat thoroughly. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into a 9" pie shell.

For crumb topping: Cut ingredients together with fork or pastry cutter until crumbly. Sprinkle on pie before baking.

Bake pie at 350º for 1 hour.

This rhubarb pie recipe was submitted by Sharon's son, Richard T Warnecke. He said it is amazing and the crumb topping is the best crumb topping he ever tasted. He also mentioned that this pie is fabulous with a mixture of rhubarb and strawberries.
