"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

¾ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ cup chopped chives
¼ to ½ cup butter- depending on how gooey you want it
6 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Slice the bread horizontally and vertically into 1 inch cubes, leaving the bottom of the loaf intact and the bread pieces still attached.
Slice cheese thinly
Combine red pepper flakes with chopped chives in a small bowl
Lay the bread on a large piece of foil- large enough to entirely wrap the bread
Gently stuff the cheese into the vertical slices first and fill in the spaces between the horizontal cuts.
Add the red pepper flakes and chives next to the cheese in the bread.
