1 box Pound Cake Mix (14-17 oz)
½ Cup Melted Butter or Margarine
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
4 eggs
4¼ Cups Confectioner's Sugar (approx 1 lb)
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Cup Pecans, chopped (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine cake mix, butter, and 2 eggs. Beat 1 minute. Spread in greased 13 x 9 pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in 2 eggs and vanilla. Blend in 3¾ cups confectioner's sugar. Spread over cake.

Sprinkle with nuts. Press down slightly.

Bake for 30 - 40 minutes. Cool 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining confectioner's sugar.
