1 white or yellow cake mix
4 c rhubarb
1 c sugar
1/2 c whipping cream, not whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix as on box and put in 9x13" pan. Put rhubarb on top, then sugar and whipping cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Or, reverse and put the rhubarb mixture on the bottom with cake mix on top.
