2 Tbs. coconut oil
2 lg. onions, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 1/2 c. rutabaga, cubed
1 1/2 c. cabbage, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, cubed
12 oz. shelled edamame
1/2 c. barley
3 qt. water
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. granulated onion
1 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. marjoram
1 Tbsp. Bakon Yeast
1-2 fresh bayleaves
14 fresh basil leaves
28 oz. crushed tomatoes

Directions:
Start with oil and onion in a large pot. Start it cooking and add veggies as you get them cut up. After the onions are about half cooked, add the water and seasonings. Bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for about half an hour. Add tomato at the end.
