12 large eggs
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup milk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1- 23 oz package of tater tots
1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar
6 thick cut pieces of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Whisk eggs, Monterey Jack,milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Arrange Tater Tots in an even layer in a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking dish.
Pour egg mixture evenly over the Tater Tots.
Top evenly with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes, sprinkle with bacon.
