2 pkgs dry yeast
1/2 c tepid milk
3/4 c sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 lb butter melted
6 c flour
1/2 c white raisins
1/2 c chopped citron
2 tbsp grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:

In a med bowl, soften yeast in milk. Add sugar & mix well. Break eggs into bowl one at a time, stirring as you add them. Add salt & melted butter. Mix well. Add flour stirring constantly. Knead dough for 10 min set dough aside allow to double in size.
Preheat oven 350*
After dough rises knead in raising, citron & lemon rind. knead about 15 min until it is the consistency of bread dough. Butter a round cake pan about 4 in deep and 10 inches in diameter. Dust w/ flour and place dough in pan. Bake 30-40 min or until crust is golden brown.
