2 ½ TO 3# CHICKEN CUT UP OR QUARTERED
3 TBSP OIL
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
½ CAN OF WATER

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Heat oil in large fry pan and fry chicken on both sides to crisp up. Place in casserole dish. Mix soup and water together and pour over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.


Serve with pasta or rice.
