FOR 9" PIE.

4 CUPS FRESH OR THAWED FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
¾ CUP SUGAR
3 TBSP FLOUR
DASH OF CINNAMON
1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
1 TBSP BUTTER OR MARGARINE

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Combine all the filling ingredients, except butter, in bowl and mix. Pour into pastry-lined pan. Dot with butter. Top with other crust; seal and flute edges. (before baking, cover edges of crust with aluminum foil. Remove after 20 minutes of baking.) Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until juice bubbles in center.
