"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Melt oleo in pan or kettle, add meat, cook on low head until it loses its pink color. Add onions, celery, salt, and pepper. Cook about 15 minutes. Add drained bean sprouts and a can of water. Let it simmer for a while. Add La Choy sauce until dark brown in color. Thicken with corn starch that has been mixed with water.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I add extra water as it simmers down. If you want more meat and vegetables, don't add much water. If you want to feed more people, add more water so there is more gravy.
