0-1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon dill seed
2 teaspoons salt (not iodized)
1 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
3 cloves garlic
okra

Directions:
Directions:
Use small okra. Wash. Soak in ice water for one hour. Pack okra in sterilized pint jars. Heat water and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Put seasonings over okra. Pour vinegar and water mixture into jars. Seal. Takes 2 - 3 weeks to pickle properly.
