2¼ cups chopped peaches
5 cups sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice

¾ cup water
1 box certo crystals

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sugar and peaches, add lemon juice and mix well.

In a small sauce pan, combine water and certo crystals, bring to a boil. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Stir into the fruit mixture, continue stirring for 3 minutes.

Pour into jars and let stand for 24 hours before putting into the freezer.
